I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Golf and CBD are here to stay. If you don’t believe me, please have a look at the Exhibitor List for the 2020 PGA Merchandise Show that’s going to take place a month from now. The list of CBD products has grown. One such company exhibiting is Asheville Botanicals.
Founded in 2015, Asheville Botanicals is a company that’s headquartered in Asheville, North Carolina. Their products are designed so that whether you’re looking for help with sleep, anxiety, or pain relief there’s a product that clearly will suit your needs. That is, with ingesting the minimal amount of products to give you the results that you seek.
As a person with chronic pain and a myriad of health problems, I’m always looking to improve my quality of life. Then again, aren’t we all? What fun is it being in pain? I admit, that I used to be the biggest prude when it came to anything associated with marijuana, after all, it is the “Devil’s Lettuce”. But I can tell you that CBD in some cases has helped me although my experience is somewhat limited.
I reached out to Asheville Botanicals while I was going through the Exhibitor List for the show. Their media contact (Arthur Viente) responded and enlightened me a little bit about their products. Asheville Botanicals are releasing two new products designed specifically for golf. “SWING” and “FAIRWAY”. Both products are tinctures that you place under your tongue for roughly 30 to 60 seconds before you swallow it.
- SWING – “Offers a natural approach and relief. Our proprietary oils are created as a healthier alternative to maintaining your body & preserving your SWING”.
- FAIRWAY – “Offers a preventative approach in preparation for any round, leveraging a natural approach to relaxation and calm before every round”.
The two sound like their different as one has the CBD qualities that help with stress and anxiety whereas the other has the qualities that are more closely associated with pain relief. Their products are 100% organic and non-GMO.
Mr. Viente shared his story with me, and his story is one that resonates with me.
I’m 61 and an avid golfer. About 2 years ago I moved to Denver and began experimenting with hemp products (CBD) to address pain associated with osteoarthritis in my back and knees which was impacting my activities and quality of life. Up until then, I had been taking a daily dose of Advil to manage the pain and remain active. The founder of Asheville Botanicals, and old friend and fellow golfer, called me and asked if I would be interested in getting involved in his business; so, I had him send me some of his product. I had tried numerous brands prior to his call without much success. After just a few days of taking our product, I noticed a significant improvement and reduction in pain. After only a month of consistent use, I stopped taking Advil and don’t take it anymore. Instead, I take a small maintenance dose of RELIEF every day and virtually pain free and able to swing away. – Arthur Liente
Asheville Botanicals is a boutique manufacturer of hemp oil products (CBD) focused on creating he most natural Full Spectrum Hemp Extract we can, producing the most desirable results, and limiting the amount consumed. What sets us apart in the market is our proprietary natural and organic process for extracting and formulating our hemp oil. We focus on extracting the complete array of cannabinoids and other elements of the plant, creating perhaps the most concentrated and effective hemp oil on the market. This means you get exceptional efficacy and results and consume much less than other products, making it more economical and easier to take.
Since our inception in 2015, we focused primarily on private label brands, working across multiple industries and partnering with other boutique manufacturers to develop complimentary products to our sublingual oils. We recently added some topicals and will soon have some bath items and food products (cookies, brownies, and beer). Here’s a link to our first in-house brand we just launched a few months ago, ANIM (click HERE to review). As for our private label, we’re a vertical operation; meaning we do everything needed from the harvest to the finished product, including design and packaging and it’s all included in one price.
