Spencer Hadelman Bio

Spencer Hadelman is the Founder and CEO of Advantage Marketing – a Chicago-based marketing and media agency that provides digital and traditional media solutions for notable clients such as University of California-Berkeley, Hello Kitty, Stance, Sand Valley Golf Resort, Mugsy Jeans, Monaco Spirit Brands, and iSlide to name a few.

In addition to founding Advantage Marketing, Spencer is also an investor in multiple companies, including Uncle Nearest and Lime Scooters, as well as an equity advisor in Curve Cartel and Think 53. In 2020, Spencer added to the Advantage umbrella when he acquired the contemporary watch brand, Voelen, and founded the e-commerce golf accessory brand, Talon Golf Co.

Spencer has received award recognition from Chief Marketer 200, Entrepreneur 360, Inc. 5000, and Crain’s, and he is also a regular contributor to Forbes.

Through taking calculated risks, Spencer has increased awareness and revenue for Sand Valley Golf Resort, Forelinx, Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, and The Golf Courses of Lawsonia to name a few.

An avid golfer himself, Spencer knows the ins and outs of his client’s target audience and uses this knowledge to successfully strategize both traditional and digital media plans with budgets both big and small.
