In yesterday’s release, I talked a little bit about the release of Callaway Golf’s most recent driver. The Big Bertha B-21. A driver that carries a lot of hope for golfers looking for help off of the tee. Today, I want to talk a little bit about it’s smaller sibling, the Big Bertha B-21 fairway wood.
If you talk to many golfers that are mid to high handicap players, they’ll tell you that one of the clubs that they dread to swing is the fairway wood. Especially from the deck. Well, the Big Bertha is aimed at that player, or any for the matter, looking for help and gain consistency from the fairway.
In looking at the Big Bertha B-21 fairway wood, the first thing that you’re likely going to notice in the address position is that the Big Bertha B-21 has offset. With this offset, you can “fight the right” (if you’re a right-handed golfer). Callaway golf boasts that the B-21 fairway wood is just as easy to hit as a hybrid.
