The time has come to go through my notes, my videos and make my picks for the 2020 PGA Show Teezy Awards finalists.
At Demo Day alone, I walked 15 km/9.3 miles and made swings with every manufacturer except Titleist (it was hindsight). I don’t know exactly how many swings I made but it was in the hundreds, to say the least. I hit bunker shots where applicable (Cleveland Golf) and made swings with manufacturers that I never had prior to this year at any Demo Day. Some real surprises came late in the day.
From a testing standpoint, the weather was ideal as far as I was concerned. Not necessarily so for the attendees and exhibitors. It was cold and windy. The daytime high reached a whopping 15*C/59*F but there was definitely a windchill that made it feel closer to 7*C/40*F.
