A roll which began with their launch at the PGA Merchandise Show in 2017. That would lead to Jodi Ewart Shadoff claim a second place finish at the Ricoh Women’s Open Championship using a TPT Golf shaft in her driver. Later in the year Justin Rose would help solidify TPT Golf’s position on the world’s golf stage winning the WGC – HSBC Champions Championship in China and again a week later at the Turkish Airlines Open. Shortly thereafter there was word that Jason Dufner was also testing TPT Golf Shafts.
As we fast forward the clock a little bit to 2018 Jason Day has since gone to using TPT Shafts. Day is currently playing two prototypes shafts (14.5-LKP-LT-LW shaft in his driver and 15.5-MKP-LT-LW shaft in his fairway wood) and neither is currently available for purchase as according to a source are still being refined. Jason Day has seen a strong start to the 2018 PGA Tour season with a victory at the Farmers Insurance Open and a T2 at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro Am.
